ANUSANDHAN – NDIM JOURNAL OF BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT RESEARCH (ISSN 2581-8120) is double blind peer reviewed biannual referred journal. Aim of the journal is to explore recent advancement in area of contemporary management research such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, International Business Affairs etc. and is intended to facilitate academicians, management thinkers, experts, professionals, practitioners, researchers and students to share their knowledge and experience. It endeavours to publish results of research work in various business and management domains including multi-disciplinary research comprising case studies, corporate experiences and current business developments, environmental, social and ethical issues.
Editorial board of NDIM adheres to maintain transparency in selecting manuscript for the Journal. The criteria for manuscript selection for journal are:
NDIM relies on the peer review process to uphold the quality and validity of individual research submitted to the journal. In double blind peer reviewing system reviewer and the author are anonymous in the model. The ‘External Peer Review Committee’ consists of eminent academicians that assist in scholarly publication of manuscript. The script is reverted to authors after thorough evaluation by review committee suggestions. The authors are to bring amendment in the research papers as suggested by the reviewers and for it to be reconsidered for publication.
