MANTHAN is an Inter-University, Inter-College, Annual, National Level Cultural extravaganza organized by TOP B-SCHOOL New Delhi Institute of Management; an A+ rated GGSIPU BBA COLLEGE. It is a grand platform wherein various cultural events showcasing multifarious talent of students from the institute and other colleges, is organized with great enthusiasm every year. This 3-day fun-filled inter- college grandeur included a kaleidoscope of events including:

It witnesses huge participation of students from different colleges and universities across Delhi including Delhi University, DTU, Jamia Millia Islamia, Amity, GGSIPU and many others. In the past, Manthan has received dignitaries like Sh. Manish Sisodia, Sh. Manoj Tiwari, Shahnaz Hussain, RJ Nitin, Sardar Tarlochan Singh, Sh. Parkash Jarwal, and Ms. Rajni Subba, and performers like Mika, Bombay Rockers, Euphoria, and Deep Money, and Millind Gaba.
The first day includes cultural competitions like Solo Singing, Duet Singing, Group Singing, Rap Battle, Beat Boxing, Street Play, Mono Act, AIIPM, Rangoli, Madhubani Painting, Story and T-shirt/glass/ face painting. The day also witnesses the presence of several renowned judges.
The second day begins with the full fun of cultural competitions like Quiz, Debate, Sketching, Poster Making, Best out of Waste followed by Solo and Duet Dance, Battle of Bands and DJ War. The day ends with a lot of excitement and enthusiasm amongst all with a grand EDM night.
Both the days there are several food brands exhibited at the venue serving a widespread menu of sumptuous food.
The Final day of the fest, witnesses a cluster of vibrant and very colourful events and presence of several eminent guests, who made the event bigger and more meaningful. The day began with the cultural events including the melodious Saraswati Vandana, and an array of cultural activities, group dances, fashion show, Mr. & Ms. Manthan contest, etc. Further, there is a grand Prize distribution ceremony wherein the students have been awarded with titles and appreciated for all the hard work done during the year.
Towards the end, all tapped on the peppy dance numbers sung by the famous celebrity Singer. The day culminated with joyous feelings and beautiful memories for all.
