Presentations skills help create innovative ideas and students come up with creative and interesting slides to illustrate their work. NDIM is the best B school for encouraging students’ participation and presentation and providing them platform to present in front of foreign dignitaries and improve their writing and speaking skills. In earlier years students have completed research projects with the help of their research guides. This year too, Students prepared research papers under the mentorship of faculty members of NDIM and presented in international conference on Digital Transformation: Embracing Change and Creating Value – Azadii Ka Amrit Mahotsav Vision 2047 and beyond, dated March 18-19, 2023. Key note speakers of the conference were Dr. Brandon Randolph-Seng, Editor-in-Chief, Management Decision Journal, US, Dr. Alina Costin, Associate Professor, AVU, Romania. Dr. Shad Ahmad Khan, Assistant Professor, University of Buraimi, Oman, Dr. Liliana Renate Bran, Associate Professor, AVU, Romania, Dr. Sudhir Rana, Associate Professor, GMU, Ms. Editha Casorba, AVU, Romania, Ms. Henrietta Torkos, Lecturer, AVU, Romania, Dr. Vanca Gabriela Sorina, Psychologist, AVU, Romania, Dr. Mihaela, Professor, AVU, Romania and Dr. Amanpreet, BFGI, Punjab and Dr. Poonam Khurana, VIPS, Delhi, India. These students will also get an opportunity to publish their finding in an edited book. Faculty members of NDIM guide students to data analysis and reconcile findings of their research work. Minor projects, summer internship projects and major projects are also guided well by mentors to facilitate and accommodate research activities for students.
