Corporate Interface and Placement cell at New Delhi Institute of Management has been continuously working towards creating fruitful opportunities for their students and at the same time upgrading their skills to become a better fit in the industry.
Placement Drives: Over 60 companies have visited the NDIM campus over the last three months to take part in mega Job Fair and Campus Recruitment through placement drives. Our students have got the opportunities to get internships and placements with top notch organisations like EY, Federal Bank, ONGC and NTPC. More than 100 final placements and 360 summer internships have been created by the institution in the last few months. The objective has been to create ample opportunities for our learners and in no way they lose out to competition with other institutes.
Industrial Visits: Industrial visit has its own importance in a career of a student who is pursuing a professional degree. With an aim to go beyond academics and to gives students an exposure to current work practices as opposed to possibly theoretical knowledge being taught at college.
The years in NDIM passes by swiftly, immersing the students with knowledge, patience, and most of all management abilities necessary to enable us to complete in the real world of business.

About the Placement Cell
Glance through the Corporate Professionals at NDIM
Experts from different corporate and academic backgrounds regularly visit the campus for interaction and experience sharing. Students get an opportunity to understand the mechanism involved in running various business processes and also get a platform to interact with these experts from diverse areas of business to relate the theoretical aspects studied in classrooms with industry practices. During the pandemic these talks were arranged through the ZOOM platform.

Counselling is a broad field that aims at helping people and providing them with assistance with their mental health and well-being. For overall growth of the students NDIM invites professional Career Counsellors and psychologist for guidance. Depending upon the student needs appropriate Psychometric tests are also chosen to evaluate the student's Interest, Aptitude and Personality.

To foster participation of talented young leaders in the affairs of the association and the confectionery industry, NDIM offers Student outreach through various national and international exposure program. Through these program students get the opportunity to interact with industry professionals. NDIM organized various outreach program in collaboration with AIMA, DMA, Ph.D. Chamber, and also organized Dubai education tour for the exposure of the students.
